Tasked with replacing an existing post-war dwelling that lacked harmony with its surroundings, exhibited poor thermal efficiency, and was in a state of disrepair, our team embarked on a transformative journey. Despite these challenges, the property’s south-facing orientation and views of a picturesque garden provided a canvas for potential.
The client’s vision was clear—a contemporary and sustainable five bedroom family home seamlessly integrated into its surroundings with aesthetic subtlety. With precision and expertise, we successfully implemented a full suite of mechanical systems, including ventilation, underfloor heating, and domestic and public health services.
Ventilation systems were strategically integrated to ensure a continuous flow of fresh air, promoting a healthy and comfortable indoor environment. The underfloor heating solution not only optimized thermal comfort but also embraced modern energy-efficient practices, providing an innovative and sustainable heating solution for the residence.
Our approach extended to the integration of domestic and public health services, ensuring that the residence not only met aesthetic aspirations but also adhered to the highest standards of safety and well-being. Working in tandem with architects and engineers, our team ensured that every mechanical component, including the underfloor heating system, complemented the overall design. Meticulous calibration and testing of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other integral elements were conducted to the highest industry standards.
